Birleşmiş Milletler İnsan Hakları Yüksek Komiserliği (İngilizce: Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, kısaca OHCHR), uluslararası hukuk çerçevesinde garantilenen ve 1948 İnsan Hakları Evrensel Bildirisi'nde beyan edilen insan haklarının desteklenmesi ve korunması için çalışan bir Birleşmiş Milletler kuruluşudur. Komiserlik, 1993 İnsan Hakları Dünya Konferansı sonrasında Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu tarafından 20 Aralık 1993'te kurulmuştur.

Komiserlik, Birleşmiş Milletler sistemi genelinde insan hakları faaliyetlerini koordine eden ve Cenevre merkezli İnsan Hakları Konseyini denetleyen İnsan Hakları Yüksek Komiseri tarafından yönetilmektedir. Şimdiki Yüksek Komiser, dört yıllık görev süresi 17 Ekim 2022'de başlayan Volker Türk'dür.

Komiserliğin 2008 yılı itibarıyla 120 milyon Amerikan doları değerinde bir bütçesi ve Cenevre merkezli 1.000 çalışanı vardır.^[1]
